Our Team

  • Kathy D. | Office Manager

The breadth of knowledge and experience Kathy has is incredibly valuable to us in our operations at Northline today. Kathy has thrived over the last 24 years in several different roles in the student transportation industry. She has been a Driver, Monitor, Trainer, Third Party Examiner, Safety Coordinator, Assistant Manager and Interim Manager. She filled all those positions while working for one specific school district, so for her to join our team and now serving multiple school districts, it was an honor to have her join us in the summer of 2021. Kathy now excels at managing our dispatch and payroll for all staff while coordinating preventative maintenance work on the vans. She also enjoys getting out of the base to observe what’s happening with our drivers in the loading zones from time to time. She works hard to ensure routes and communication with the drivers is accurate and timely.

  • Amy M. | General Manager

As a 3rd generation bus driver Amy’s roots run very deep in student transportation. She has over 27 years of experience in the industry and has held basically every position on a typical transportation company org chart. She has been a Driver, Monitor, Trainer, Safety Coordinator, Driver Supervisor, Dispatcher, Assistant Contract Manager, Senior Contract Manager and Regional Recruiter. She has thrived in these various roles in Webster and Baldwin, Wisconsin as well as Stillwater and Saint Paul, Minnesota. She now handles recruiting, training and safety management for Milwaukee, Maple Grove and Maplewood offices at Northline. She strives to support our excellent team by creating a welcoming environment and making sure they are well trained, heard and recognized for their hard work.

  • Nicholas K. | CEO/Owner

Nicholas took the helm of Northline in the summer of 2021 and credits Northline’s unprecedented success to his incredible team. Nicholas brought a fresh perspective to this world of transportation from his 15 years of sales experience with an organization of award-winning customer service mindset. Nicholas believes that little things make a difference for the experience of a customer and now for a driver. Nicholas coached the leadership team to think of drivers as the customers because if you take care of the driver and aid, they will do a great job taking care of the students.

  • Mark Z. | Fleet Mechanic
